Mike Goorhouse is Founder and Lead Consultant at Inspiring Impact, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping nonprofit and philanthropic organizations effectively inspire change in their community.
He has spent his entire career in philanthropy including working with Family Foundations, Community Foundations and Youth Grantmakers while at the Council of Michigan Foundations and serving as President/CEO for the Community Foundation of the Holland/Zeeland Area (CFHZ).
Mike’s most notable accomplishments during his time at CFHZ include successfully completing a $35 million unrestricted endowment campaign and launching a multi-sector collaborative effort to significantly improve the affordability of local housing options. During his leadership, CFHZ tripled its assets from $40 million to $120 million and expanded its community impact strategies to include significant investments in strengthening the local nonprofit sector, impact investing and an equity focused grantmaking strategy.

Throughout her career, she has started and grown organizations with international reach, serving in executive leadership roles, most recently serving as Executive Director for ASJ (Association for a More Just Society). Jill has adeptly led multi-cultural and international teams, collaborating with leaders worldwide to create missions and programs that promote the flourishing of people and communities.
During her tenure at ASJ, Jill played a pivotal role in expanding the organization. She increased the annual budget from $250,000 to $2.5 million, and spearheaded a $5.5 million capital campaign for a new office building in Honduras, overseeing the project's development from start to finish. Jill was instrumental in fundraising efforts and built a strong team to support this growth. She worked strategically with the board to manage the mission and vision during this period of expansion, establishing best practices for financial and operational management.

Finn has built his career in philanthropy, with a strong focus on Community Foundations and Youth Grantmaking. His commitment to this work began at age 13 when he joined his local Youth Advisory Committee in Petoskey, MI. Since then, he has played a key role in supporting Youth Grantmakers across Michigan through his leadership with the Michigan Community Foundation Youth Project (MCFYP) and the Council of Michigan Foundations (CMF).
Prior to joining Inspiring Impact, Finn served as the Dr. Russell G. Mawby intern at CMF, where he worked alongside the MCFYP Committee to strengthen philanthropic initiatives statewide. In this role, he helped organize and lead the Youth Grantmakers Summer Leadership Conference, equipping youth philanthropists from across Michigan with the knowledge and tools to create lasting change in their communities.

Throughout her career at IRI, she successfully expanded program reach, streamlined operations, and cultivated relationships with government officials, donors, and international partners.
Becky’s experience spans multiple leadership roles in program management, business development, and government, including working in the U.S. House of Representatives. She has secured and managed multimillion-dollar grants, led high-performing teams across the U.S. and Southeast Asia, and developed dynamic programs to strengthen democratic governance. Her diverse experiences have honed her ability to align strategic goals with operational excellence, making her a versatile and strategic leader committed to driving meaningful impact.
